Scripture to consider before the news:
“And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.”
The final pope who is the false prophet will cause the world to receive the mark of the beast 42 months after the beast and 666 prince confirms the covenant with Israel.
The world is being conditioned right now to receive the mark of the beast coming up soon.
Now unto the news: ‘Health care is a moral obligation’: Pope Francis backs global Covid vaccination programmes and denounces those who are swayed by ‘baseless information’ into refusing the jabs.
Pope Francis declared that getting vaccinated against the coronavirus is a ‘moral obligation’ and denounced how people had been swayed by ‘baseless information’ to refuse jabs.
Francis used some of his strongest words yet calling for people to get vaccinated in a speech to ambassadors accredited to the Holy See, an annual event in which he takes stock of the world and sets out the Vatican´s foreign policy goals for the year.
Francis, 85, has generally shied away from speaking about vaccination until now, though his COVID-19 advisory body has referred to it as a ‘moral responsibility.’
The Pope had previously termed vaccination as ‘an act of love’ and that refusing to get jabbed was ‘suicidal,’ but today he went a step further, saying that individuals had a responsibility to care for themselves.
‘This translates into respect for the health of those around us. Health care is a moral obligation,’ he asserted.
The Pope also admonished ideological divides and ‘baseless information’ discouraging people from getting vaccinated.
Francis’ comments come days after hundreds of thousands of people protested Covid restrictions in cities across Europe on Saturday, while hundreds of demonstrators took to the streets of Turin in Italy to demonstrate against vaccine passes and rules that make vaccines mandatory for anyone more than the age of 50.
In related news: ‘I see it coming’: Mandatory vaccinations on the horizon, federal health minister says.
Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos said he believes mandatory vaccinations will happen in Canada.
Duclos signalled Friday that provincial governments should be discussing mandatory vaccinations, saying it is a conversation that has to happen as unvaccinated patients continue to put strain on hospitals.
Asked about mandatory vaccination, he said in French, “I personally think we will get there at some point.”
According to a translation on CBC, he added, “I see it coming personally. Not now. I don’t think we are there yet. But I think discussions need to be had about mandatory vaccinations because we have to get rid of COVID-19.”
Duclos told a press conference that any decision would be in the hands of provincial governments, but he said the unvaccinated were creating a sizeable burden on others.
“What we see now is that our health care system in Canada is fragile. Our people are tired and the only way as we know through COVID–19, be it this variant or any future variant, is through vaccination,” he said.
He said in Quebec, where his riding is located, hospitals were under serious pressure.
“I see in my own province 50 per cent of hospitalizations now in Quebec are due to people not having been vaccinated,” he said. “That’s a burden on healthcare workers, a burden on society which is very difficult to bear and for many people difficult to understand.”

COVID vaccinations may be here to stay, at least for some people.
Moderna’s chief executive said Monday (January 10) that annual boosters could be needed for certain groups.
That includes the over 50s and those with compromised immune systems.
The U.S. company says it’s developing a booster shot targeted at the Omicron variant, and expects clinical trials to start soon.
Moderna says it’s in active discussions over further vaccine contracts.
In more related news: Israel Is Heading Into Undeclared Lockdown as Number of COVID Cases Surges.
Israel is trying to keep its economy open and avoid another lockdown for as long as possible. However, tens of thousands of new COVID infections may render basic services obsolete.
These are frightening times, almost the same as the first weeks of the coronavirus pandemic. The number of newly diagnosed COVID infections is skyrocketing, doctors are reporting constantly worsening overcrowding in the hospitals, many television reporters are broadcasting with very serious faces about the coming disaster. But still, it seems we are seeing only the tip of the iceberg.
Things to consider:
Satan is looking to kill at least one of the upcoming 144,000 Jews that will be sealed in the time of Jacob’s trouble coming up and he is already getting started now with the covid campaign.
Lastly in the news: Pope to diplomatic corps: Great challenges of our time are all global.
Scripture to consider:
Now therefore be ye not mockers, lest your bands be made strong: for I have heard from the Lord GOD of hosts a consumption, even determined upon the whole earth.
Indeed, the last days will be upon the whole earth.
Pope Francis’s “state of the world” address highlighted critical issues of human and geopolitical concern across the world, hinging on the fact that we are one human family, inhabiting a common home and that, to be able to tackle the urgent problems of our time, we need to recover a sense of the profound unity of all reality.
Speaking to the Members of the Diplomatic Corps accredited to the Holy See, gathered in the Vatican for their yearly audience, the Pope reminded them that their overriding goal should be to help resolve disagreements and foster harmony.
First, he highlighted the ongoing pandemic, and its direct and collateral effects on humanity, saying the health crisis “still calls for a significant effort on the part of everyone.”
He lamented how the fight against the virus has been undermined in many cases by strong ideological divides that have “severed the bond of human reason with the objective reality of things.”
Here comes “the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.”
